This is basically a stock for curries to add volume to the curry.
Just make the 30 minute version and freeze it
This version is enough for 5 curries
- 75ml oil
- 500-600g onions
- 1/4 green pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tbsp mix powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 800ml water
Warning
Needs to be diluted to consistency of semi-skimmed milk
