Different types of truffle
I dont like summer truffles, they don’t taste of much and the texture is weird. I think that’s the same as Tartufo Estivo o Scorzone, which tastes more like a mushroom. Not sure, but some restaurants had truffle that didn’t taste like anything to me, all the ones in Umbria did
Need to try Tartufo Nero Pregiato from Norcia, Umbria in Mid March or November
