Ingredients
- one pack of Pavesini biscuits
- 500g mascarpone cheese
- 250g cream
- 5 eggs
- 5 tbsp spoon of white sugar
- cocoa powdered
- 5/6 cups of espresso coffee (buy espresso concentrate)
Divide the yolks and whisk in half the sugar
Whisk the egg whites and mix in the other half of the sugar
Whisk the cream until it thick
Mix all together with the mascarpone - whisk this first to loosen it up
Put coffee concentrate in a bowl - dip the fingers on one side (it’s very strong!!!)
Dust with cocoa powder at the end
