Tender fat for about 5 mins on the edge Fry on super high heat for 1.5 mins per side Then in oven Aim for 54C then rest 5 mins ish

Toma”pork” from M&S was a gimmicky name but genuinely a better pork chop than St John’s! crackling wasn’t as good but my god the meat was almost as tender as chicken
