- Oil - 230 g (1 cup)
- White vinegar - 30 g (2 Tbsps)
- Hot milk - 180g (3/4 cup)
- Carrot - 240 g (2 cups)
- Toasted pecans or walnuts - 120g (1 cup) Bake at 160ºC for about 10 minutes until lightly browned
- Raisins - 70g (1/2 cup)
