Like braised beef but with cider and leeks from The Book of St John
Goes amazingly well with celeriac purée!! Just add some extra butter to make it smoother
Ingredients
- 800g ish pork shoulder
- shallots or 2 small leeks
- Bottle of cider or 1/2 bottle white wine
- 4 garlic cloves
- Pint of chicken stock
- sugar to taste at the end
