Ingredients
- 100g plain flour
- 2 egg
- 75g sugar
- 85g butter (try browning butter until really dark and then straining through chinois)
- 3/4 tsp baking powder (original is only 1/2. Tried 1 and they balloon a bit too much and get too brown!!)
- 30g honey
- 15g Oil
- 15g milk
- 1/2 lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Icing
- 100g icing sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp water
