  • 100g plain flour
  • 2 egg
  • 75g sugar
  • 85g butter (try browning butter until really dark and then straining through chinois)
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder (original is only 1/2. Tried 1 and they balloon a bit too much and get too brown!!)
  • 30g honey
  • 15g Oil
  • 15g milk
  • 1/2 lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Icing

  • 100g icing sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp water
