1 part rice 1 part water
Wash 2 times (want a bit of starch) then add water and bring to simmer - then heat down and time 10mins
Wait a bit longer if water not evaporated
Leave with lid on for another 10 mins
Take lid off and stir up and leave for another 10 mins
