French

  • Burgundy - smells like air fix glue but tastes nice! Can get very expensive
  • Beaujolais - fruity and smooth, great for drinking by itself
  • Malbec is just as fruity, I love it
  • Bordeaux is the best for me, because you can still get good ones for a fair price

Italian

Italians wines are mainly good with food. Chianti in Borgo was great with the roast dinner. Barolo courtesy of Anthony was nice. Definitely had a Tabacco aroma, and was better with the food

Tannins are part of the fruits defences, in humans they bind to our saliva and make the mouth less lubricated
