Cut into fairly large pieces so they are not over cooked by the time they have burnt ends

- 2 tsp chilli powder (1 if hot)
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp kasuri methi
- 1 tsp salt
- black pepper
