- 100g of egg noodles or spaghetti (if spaghetti then add 1 tsp bicarb of soda to get the texture)
- 1 tsp sesame paste (with extra oil to thin out)
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- Dash of dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sichuan chilli oil (1 tsp chiu chow chilli oil)
- 4 Sichuan peppercorns (ground)
