Can make with dumpling dough or just buy dumpling wrappers

Ingredients
- dumpling dough (half what it says in The Wok)
- 1/2 pack of minced pork (220g ish)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp MSG
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 3 tsp light soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- ginger
- spring onion (large chunks for water )
- 5 tsp green part of spring onion
- 3 tsp boiling Vegetable oil
