pg 86 of French classics, basically a tartare sauce
Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets
- 50g butter
- 1 courgette (replace with green beans)
- 4 asparagus
- 200ml white wine
- 300ml vegetable stock
- 320g peas
- 120g mayonnaise
- 60g Crème fraîche
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 baby gem lettuce sliced
- 10g dill
- 20g Capers (leave out )
- 20g cornichon (maybe 3 each)
