Basically sausage and mushroom creamy pasta
Ingredients
- 4 ounces baby Bella mushroom diced
- 0.5 pound bulk mild Italian sausage
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1/2 small onion diced
- 1.5 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 0.75 cups cups heavy cream
- 2 cups reserved pasta water will not need it all
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- ¾ cup pecorino Romano grated
- salt and black pepper to taste
