Like Champagne chicken or sautéed chicken with tarragon
I cut the chicken like this video - just makes it look a bit fancier

Ingredients
- Whole Chicken cut into 10 pieces
- 1/2 onion
- 40g plain flour
- 60g butter
- 150 ml white wine
- 600ml chicken stock
- Pack of mushrooms
- Bouquet Garni (or 1/2 tsp dried thyme and some MSG)
- Touch of lemon juice or white wine vinegar
- liaison to finish off the heat
- flat leaf parsley to finish
