You don't need to constantly stir
Ingredients
- 160g Arborio risotto rice
- about 5-600ml light chicken stock (otherwise too strong with M&S one)
- 2 shallots
- garlic (optional)
- 25g Parmesan
- 40g butter
If making with braised asparagus then boils trimmings and shavings with stock for 1 min to give extra flavour. Like in this video
