- burgers (or 6oz (170g) minced beef for thick style, 2x85g for smash patties)
- salt
- MSG
- garlic powder
- bread buns
- butter
- cheese
Try this burger seasoning:
- 10 parts salt
- 4 parts MSG
- 2 parts black pepper
- 2 parts garlic powder
- 2 parts onion powder
