Ingredients
- 2 cups dry rice
- 2 eggs (don’t salt)
- spring onion (or peas)
- 1/4 tsp MSG
- 1/2 tsp salt (or 1/4 salt 1/4 tsp chicken powder)
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 garlic clove
- sesame oil to finish
Put extra 1/4 tsp of salt on mine
Sometimes I like but prefer without now
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
